Saint-Pardoux is located north of Limoges, just a few minutes from one of Limousin’s largest lakes: Lake Saint-Pardoux. Its beaches make it an perfect spot for water sports but the town also has several hiking and horse-riding trails. Don’t miss the town’s church with its unusual bell-tower, covered with chestnut tiles. Inside the church, there are unique 17th century frescoes that represent The Passion. The Tourist Office gives guided tours and also invites visitors to discover the towns around Saint-Pardoux: Balledant, Châteauponsac, Rancon, Roussac, Saint-Amand-Magnazeix and Saint-Symphorien-sur-Couze.
